High quality mechanic pneumatic worm gear silk screen frame tension machine

How to operate the screen tension machine properly:

1.Firstly, adjust the area of the mesh according to the size of the frame, and then lock the movable casters,

2. Choose a suitable mesh frame bracket and place it on the tension machine,

3. Adjust the handwheel to bring the distance between the screen frames closer together, in order to avoid the screen frame from breaking due to 

the increased tension of the mesh during the pulling process.

4. Flatten the mesh, fix the edges of the mesh with mesh clamps, and then slowly rotate the handwheels on all four sides of the mesh machine to gradually tension the mesh. Repeat this process until the tension at each point of the mesh is roughly equal. The magnitude of the tension depends on the mesh size and texture of the mesh. After the mesh is tensioned, use a tension meter to check the tension.

5.Attention: The tension of the mesh cannot be pulled in place at once, it must be separated several times. For example, if the tension of the mesh is required to be 40N, it should be pulled to 15N first, and then stopped for 5 minutes before being pulled to 20N repeatedly.

6 Use the handwheel to raise the mesh frame, ensuring that it contacts the mesh evenly. Then, apply rattan glue to the area where the mesh frame contacts the mesh,

Attention: The frame and mesh must be removed together only after the glue has dried.

After tensioning, turn on the directional valve to return the handwheel to its initial position and turn off the power.
